Program Accreditation
The Tri-County Induction Program (TCIP) aspires to create a collaborative learning community that is committed to the ongoing growth and retention of new and veteran teachers and administrators while promoting habits of equity and effective instruction and leadership. Our program is driven by best practices, research in education, as well as current trends in our industry. In alignment with the California Commission on Teaching Credentialing, TCIP aligns all program standards to create a meaningful, supportive experience.
