ABOUT US
Facilities, Maintenance, Operations and Fleet (FMO&F) is responsible for the repair and maintenance, including custodial and grounds services, of all facilities, vehicles and assets owned or leased by the Sutter County Superintendent of Schools Office, including procurement, rehabilitation, modernization and surplus of the assets.

“The California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA) is under the umbrella of the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Commission (CUPCCAC) and provides for alternative bidding procedures when an agency performs public project work by contract.
The Sutter County Superintendent of Schools (SCSOS) office has adopted the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (“informal bidding act”) and invites all interested licensed contractors to submit their firm for inclusion on the Informal Bidding List for each respective calendar year.
