Educator Resources

FOR EDUCATORS

Tri-County Regional Occupational Program (TCROP), a program of the Sutter County Superintendent of Schools (SCSOS), partners with schools and educators throughout Sutter, Yuba, and Colusa counties to provide high-quality Career Technical Education (CTE) opportunities for high school students.

TCROP programs connect academic learning, technical skills, career exploration, and work-based learning to help students discover their interests and prepare for college, career, and future opportunities.

Through regional collaboration, TCROP helps educators:
  • Expand access to high-quality CTE programs and pathways.
  • Connect students with hands-on, career-connected learning.
  • Align learning with current and emerging industry needs.
  • Provide opportunities for work-based learning and industry engagement.
  • Support students in developing technical and professional skills.
  • Strengthen connections among K–12 education, postsecondary education, industry, and community partners.
  • Prepare students for multiple pathways after high school, including college, career training, apprenticeships, and employment.
Working Together for Student Success

Working Together for Student Success

TCROP believes career readiness is a shared regional effort. By working together, educators, counselors, industry partners, and post-secondary institutions can create meaningful pathways that help students explore possibilities, build skills, and confidently take their next steps after high school.
