Vision Statement

Social Emotional Learning (SEL) is our foundation for teaching and guiding students with the appropriate tools needed to create their own academic success and lead positive successful lives.


IPP offer local and regional professional development opportunities, direct student-family services, technical assistance, procedure and policy development and implementation, curriculum trainings, instructional materials, program infrastructure and grant proposal assistance. 

IPP programs:Tobacco-Use Prevention Education (TUPE), Education for Homeless Children and Youth (EHCY), Student Attendance Review Board (SARB) and Foster Youth Services (FYS).

IPP initiatives and services:  drug & alcohol prevention and intervention, school safety, violence reduction strategies, bullying and gang violence prevention, emergency preparedness and Sutter County Superintendent of Schools safety compliance and trainings.
